Cocoon → statusBar.update / statusBar.dispose notifications.
Derives the Sky event name from the wire method suffix and emits on
sky://statusbar/<suffix>. Canonical prefix is sky://statusbar/ (no
hyphen) to match every other emit site in the statusbar group.
